Sherlock is an AI copilot for home inspectors. You talk through the inspection and take photos as you normally would. Sherlock turns that into a finished, professional report. It works on your phone in the field, and there’s a web editor for desk work. You stay in control: Sherlock works only from what you say and photograph, and nothing goes out until you’ve reviewed it and hit publish. See it. Say it. Send it.
You walk the house and talk, and Sherlock builds the report as you go:
- Add comments from your library. Say what you see and Sherlock pulls the matching comment from your own library and puts it in the right section.
- Create new comments on the go. If it’s not in your library, describe it and Sherlock writes a clear, professional comment for you.
- Edit by voice. Say “make that a safety concern” or “add that the flashing is missing,” and Sherlock updates the comment. No typing needed.
- Photos handled for you. Photos are attached to the right finding, captioned and marked up automatically.
- Appliance details in one photo. Snap the data plate and Sherlock captures the model, serial number and manufacture date.
