What does a home inspection include?

A home inspection is a thorough, non-invasive evaluation of a property's systems and components, including the roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, foundation, appliances and more. How long does an inspection take, and when will I get the report?

Most inspections take 2–4 hours, depending on the size of the home. You'll receive a detailed, easy-to-read report the same day, complete with photos, notes, and repair recommendations. Repair price estimates are available as an add-on to help with negotiations.

Are there any warranties or guarantees with the inspection?

We offer a limited home inspection warranty, valid for 30 days after move-in or 120 days after the inspection—whichever occurs later. Coverage is provided by Complete Protection. See full details here

Absolutely! We encourage buyers to attend. It's the best way to understand your home, ask questions in real-time, and see any potential issues firsthand. Our inspectors are happy to explain their findings and answer all your questions.
